Our expandable houses offer a convenient, fast, and environmentally friendly housing solution with customizable height and width options. Available in 20ft and 30ft sizes, each unit comes 95% pre-assembled in the factory, including a toilet, shower, and wash basin, eliminating the need for on-site installation. Additionally, our 20ft expandable house TIO2.0 offers a more flexible size to reduce transportation costs, allowing six units to fit into a single 40HC container.

The foldable container house is designed for efficient transportation, quick assembly, and eco-friendly usage. Measuring 5.98m x 2.98m x 2.65m, it saves space and reduces shipping costs, with each 20-foot domestic truck able to carry 20 units and a 40-foot container fitting 10 units. With a robust structural design, the container includes internal wiring, doors, and windows, and can be reused multiple times. The high-strength framework, sealed connections, and enhanced water resistance ensure durability against environmental elements.
